“Don’t talk sweetheart. I’m not in the mood.” The girl started to cry when he said that. Klaus didn’t feel any compassion for her, the only thing he could feel right now was his broken heart. Klaus studied as her tears were running down her face, and he dried one of the tears with his thumb.

“No crying love. I’m not going to hurt you.” He could see that the panic and tension in her body started to wear of. “I’m only going to kill you.” He sunk his teeth into her neck and the girl’s scream disappeared into the night as she died.

“Because I know it’s true! Did you even miss me at all? I haven’t even been gone that long, and you’re fucking Klaus!”

“I DID NOT SLEEP WITH KLAUS!” Now it was Caroline’s time to scream. She raised her voice and pushed Tyler so he fell backwards and landed on the ground below the stairs up to Caroline’s front door.

“Oh my god, Tyler are you okay?” Caroline looked down at him, but he didn’t even bother do look at her. He looked up at the night sky.

“No Caroline.” He answered her calmly.

“Are you hurt?” She whispered and got down on the ground next to him.

“Yes I am. You hurt me, because you slept with another guy.”

“What was that?” Damon was standing in the door opening and was watching the tree Klaus was sitting in. “It sounded like.. A stick cracking?” Damon’s eyes narrowed and he started to walk towards the trees. Klaus decided to sit properly on the branch and began to dangle his legs, waiting for Damon to spot him. It didn’t take him long to see the original vampire sitting in the tree.

“Evening Klaus.” Damon’s voice had a chilly tone to it, and his smile didn’t reach his eyes.

“Damon.” Klaus didn’t bother to say anything ells that the intruders name.

“Just chilling in the tree? Did your head get so blown up by your big ego that you couldn’t stay on the ground?”
